48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

I require a minimum of 48hrs notice to change/cancel any booked appointment. This will also include downgrading a service, or cancelling one or more services, when multiple services were originally booked.


If a minimum of 48 hours notice (from the exact time of your booking*) is not given, you will be charged the full price for the original service(s) booked.

*ex: if you are booked at 3:30pm Friday, you need to cancel BEFORE Wednesday 3:30pm, 48hrs (2 days) prior.
